Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Raif from Roto-Rooter Plumbing came out today and took care of a couple of plumbing repairs, and he did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and efficient, and everything was fixed properly. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. I’d definitely recommend him and will be calling him again when needed.

Leonard was very professional and a highly qualified Plumber that I would recommend. He saw the problem and immediately knew what he needed to fix it. However he didn’t have the part and I paid a hefty price for it. Roto Rooter did a great job but what I thought was a fair price to cap off a water leak $350 to $400 bucks ran me a little over $700. It hurt the pockets but the job is done. I feel as though they could have come a bit more equipped and not charge the price of labor for a $45 part. I was told it wasn’t going to be much more than the price of labor which was not the case. My advice, if you can find a good plumber keep them as a friend or be ready to pay a hefty price for your small jobs.

Justin is great at his job and is such a sincere human being. Looks like my husband and I found our go to plumber! Justin was very thorough in explaining every step to us and making sure we knew our options before moving on to the next step. He was extremely considerate when it came to accessing the plumbing issue while still maintaining the integrity of our home. This is a very frustrating time for us as new homeowners and Justin made sure to walk us through everything. We felt we can trust him and trust is huge for us.
