Both Chad and Clay were very professional, showing me where the clog was, taking time to check other things, and recommending the best way to fix the pipe so the clog does not happen again. Treated me with respect, which I appreciate. Follow up - Just wanted to follow up and say that Adam, Adam and Chris did a great job on completing service on my sewer connections. Did the work quickly and efficiently, explained what they were doing, cleaned up afterwards and hopefully I won't have to call again for many years. Would highly recommend all who did the work for me.

The service was absolutely fantastic. I called as my stationary tub wasn’t draining. I had a technician here in less than two hours. He did a fantastic job communicated all the issues I had was absolutely fantastic. It was money. Well spent. I was greatly satisfied with all the services and will definitely call Roto-Rooter again thank you so much for supplying quality service to the Cincinnati area. Well worth it thank you.

Scheduled an appointment for 5-7pm to get a quote for a water heater repair. They no-showed and didn’t even provide a courtesy heads up call/text. I called to reschedule for 5-7pm the next day and the same thing happened. I even called at 5pm to confirm they weren’t running behind. Dispatch said that they were on schedule and they’d be there between 5-7pm. No show. Cancelled appointment and am going with a more reliable/timely company. Please don’t offer customers time windows if you can’t adhere to them.

Quick, easy, and technician was friendly and professional. $550 plus parts was a bit high to replace a couple elbow joints, but the service was good and I’m all around satisfied.

We had Jason come to our house and fix leakage that was coming from under our kitchen sink. He really was great! Quick, respectful, and personable. I am happy with the service he provided for us and will use him, if needed, in the future!
