Highly recommend Roto-Rooter. In a very unfortunate situation with a toilet overflow with sewage water, they came quickly and had experienced supervisors/plumbers and demo crew. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, honesty and communication from beginning to end of the project.

Overall it was a good experience. I got them to come out to my grandmothers house to get her sewer cleared. Pricing seemed a bit high but plumbing in general is. The technician did a fine job. Worked diligently. He called the camera supervisor out, Robert. Robert did the job and when it was finished he said “I’m going to go to Gwinnett and when I’m done I’ll email you a copy of the footage I did with some commentary. It will be a few hours from now”. Well that was back in mid-December and I never received the footage. I made several contact attempts but apparently it doesn’t mean anything. The last time I called in I was given his direct cell phone number and I never heard back. I’ve pretty much gave up. I figured he never actually recorded anything and didn’t want to say that. I'm really happy with my kitchen sink repair. I called 2 other plumbers this morning who could not come out same-day. But Roto-Rooter came out within an hour. The plumber, Narcis, was very professional and fixed the problem right away while explaining everything and showing me the clog as well as a potential future issue with my old garbage disposal.
