Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Clayton was very friendly and helpful! My main sewer line was super backed up and he made sure the line was as clear as he could get it before he left. It took him 2 hours to do it and was at my home until midnight to ensure I was able to use my shower and toilet again. Thankful for the determination to get the job done and the wonderful customer service!

Roto-Rooter was great from start to finish. I called and Tristan was out within two hours. He explained everything clearly, completed the work the same day, and made sure I understood the scope and pricing before any changes were made. Nothing moved forward without my approval. Tristan was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. After the work was done, Garrett also came out to check in and verify another system under our home, which I really appreciated. Fast response, clear communication, and no surprises. I would definitely recommend them.

Always deal with a company who has been in business for years like Roto Rooter. Text when they are coming out tech came out just when was promised. No half assery like dealing with an individual. Eirk, came in a gave us an immediate price which was more than fair. Plummers are expensive but the initial cost was fine. Had the kitchen sink low pressure issues in a short amount of time. He also had a personality which is relay not typical these days. This is why this company has been around for so long.
