Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

It started when I had a failure in my main drain pipe after a few years of it acting like it wanted to fail it failed. I went to the phones and called the local person I had been using for the repair. Their response was less than prompt I picked up the cell phone scrolled into plumbers and came up with roto-rooters number so I called. I knew the company I knew that they were committed to advertising their products. I was connected with Stephen Hogan he was fantastic took my call seriously responded quickly and thoroughly. Aidan and Jeff from Roto Rooter were excellent. We needed plumbing and sewer work and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. It was an emergency repair and they showed up promptly and got right to work, which made a big difference. They explained what was going on, answered our questions clearly, and the pricing felt fair for the work that was done. Everything was handled professionally and with care for our home. Aidan is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on and what needs to be done. I got the notification that Ben was on his way, and he arrived at the exact right time I was ready for him. He came in and gave me an honest and efficient assessment of the job and got to work. He was so dead on with his diagnosis and so efficient at his work that he was already wrapping the job up and loading his equipment back into the truck right around the end of his predicted 2-hour arrival window. How’s that for fast? When he handed me the bill it was way less than I had feared. (I was worried I might have to try selling a kidney or something to pay for it.) On top of all that he was super nice, and really considerate and respectful of me, my home, and the renovations I already got going on. All told, couldn’t have asked for better in the situation. We were surprised how quickly they acknowledged our issues and sent Aiden out right away. Aiden was fantastic assisting us.
