Roto-Rooter was there for our family when we needed it most, our repairman Vincente was professional and patient. He was straightforward and knowledgeable with any questions that I had during his service visit! He completed the tasks and reaffirmed that everything was working fine!

Absolutely terrible experience. Wanted to repair a single clogged drain pipe in the front of the house. Roto-Router told me the cost was $841! I said that the job could not possibly cost that much -- I estimated at most 1-1/2 hrs labor and perhaps a bit for PVC parts. The repair person said "OK, how much do you think it's worth?"!!! I suggested $200 and we finally agreed on $300 -- $541 less than what he wanted to gouge me for!! After about 1-1/2 hours, he destroyed one section of pipe with his heavy machinery, leaving the problem worse than before. I called our local landscape company, and they found that the problem was simply a 3 foot bad section. They replaced it, tested for leaks, and everything is like new. Cost ... $195.
