Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

For 4 days my cold water pipes to my upstairs bathroom were frozen. I tried heaters, putting up the thermostat and running the hot water full blast, nothing worked. Heard about a machine that thaws pipes and scheduled for Roto Rooter to visit. During his visit, Paul gave me a free estimate which was very reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and informative and within about 10 mins my pipes were thawed and thankfully they had not burst. Many thanks to Paul!! Excellent, prompt service!! Reasonable price! Very pleased with our experience today with Roto-Rooter. We woke up to drains backed up and needed assistance ASAP. Multiple competitors were charging $150-$225 to come out on a Saturday and could come in the evening. I understand the upcharge and that they had other calls to service. But Roto-Rooter had no extra charge for a weekend/emergency service and were at our house within 90 minutes. The tech, William, solved our issue quickly, was transparent about pricing before starting, and had useful recommendations for how to avoid this issue in future. Would absolutely recommend and utilize again.

I called Roto Rooter in an emergency situation and I couldn't have asked for any better. Manuel came right on time and worked tirelessly in the cold at night to clear roots from our pipes. He was wonderful, helpful and professional. He promised he wouldn't leave until the job was done and he fixed everything and cleaned up any mess. He had such a wonderful personality. I had a problem with the sink drainage and i called roto rooter. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. They sent a technician the next day. Alex the technician came early. He was very helpful. He immediately identified the problem and started working on it to fix it. He also identified couple of non standard issues and provided guidance on how to resolve it as well. I am happy with the service.

The technician Pawel was great. He arrived on time, demonstrated to by highly experienced and provided valuable advice going forward. He was very mindful of our furniture and floor while doing the work. Our sewage problems have never been resolved with such professionalism. We are very impressed.
