Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Kudos to Joe at Roto-Rooter Plumbing. Out toilet was backed up & overflowing. They were here within the hour! They ran into a problem with the plumbing but we're able to get through that & remedy the problem. Their service was extremely fast & very efficient. Plus they didn't leave a mess! Joe, the technician, was very professional & kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommend.

Our main deain clogged up over a weekend with sewage backing up into our shower. I was able to call at 11PM and have someone come out before 9 AM the next day. Joe was incredibly professional, polite and respectful of our space. He managed to do most of the work from outside saving us from cleanup. We were all fixed and good to go in about 20 minutes. What was even more impressive was later that day a field supervisor came to the house to follow up on the work to make sure we were happy and there were no issues. It’s so hard to find someone so dedicated to their Job and at the same time being Considerate with the Price . Let’s be real no one wants to put in a Water Heater one Month before Christmas. WOW!!! Totally impressed with their service. I called at 8 O'clock in the morning and they were there ready to work by 10 O'clock.Their technician Joe figured out it was that the main drain was totally clogged up....,.within minutes it was unclogged and water being flushed again! We thought the price was reasonable and gave us a 6 month guarantee for peace of mind . I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services and drains unclogged.
