Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a 23,000 job done about 4 years ago. The most horrible unreliable unprofessional service you could imagine from any Plumbing company. Using Roto Rooter was a huge regret. Even the manager who was in contact with us offered me a a discount of thousands of dollars off of the bill to take down the negative review I put on Google which shows the complete lack of integrity. Today we had them back out under warranty because of a leak coming from under the toilet. The Plumber's name that they sent is Vincent and he is phenomenal. He came in and introduced himself very professionally. Halfway through the job he called me in to show me what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it, and had to work done within 15 minutes. This is the 2nd time we've used Rotor Rooter for emergency service. They are always available to come out, and very professional and friendly when they do! We will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.

I had a technician named Mason who did a wonderful job cleaning out my stopped up shower drain. He was articulate, efficient and educational explaining everything he did while doing it.
