Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto-rooter saved my day! I had a contractor at my home working on a job that required the water to be shut off to my entire home. When, the main water shut off was turned off, the faucets were still dripping water. My contractor could not get started on his job. Roto-Rooter was able to come out to my home within 45 minutes of my initial call. Roto-Rooter was able to troubleshoot my problem and did not try to push unnecessary services on me. They didn't even charge me a trip fee! The plumber that came to my home was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Roto-Rooter my contractor already at my home was able to get back to work.

I had a great interaction with Chris, who is one of the plumbers. He was very knowledgeable on services and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Very professional and on time! Having someone in your personal space is never easy but Chris definitely made things better. Gotta love when people love their jobs. The free inspection helps too. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the pricing for my recent garbage disposal replacement. I was charged $950 for a job that took the technician only 50 minutes to complete. While the technician was professional, the labor rate works out to be astronomical. I feel completely overcharged for a standard, less-than-one-hour repair. I would recommend getting a firm quote elsewhere before booking. We will definitely be using this company again. My husband ran into his bidet toilet with his wheelchair, which caused it to lift up and broke the flange. As it flushed, it would leak at the base. The first company he called, Hope Plumbing, said they could get to us today, they just didn't know what time. After 6 hours, he called again to be sure they were coming, and they ensured us that yes, someone is going to be there, they just couldn't pinpoint a time. We received a call 2 hours later that they were so sorry, but couldn't send someone out. We immediately called Roto-Rooter and surprisingly got scheduled same day, as it was already 4pm, and someone was out within a couple of hours. Roto-Rooter took my call and got me scheduled late at night when I noticed my basement was flooding. Chris came out the next day and got me all taken care of. He replaced my broken sump pump the same day and did a thorough check to make sure my pipes weren’t backed up. He also gave me some tips to dry out and clean my basement to help prevent mold and mildew. Chris and Roto-Rooter were great, and I’d hire them again.
