Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our technician Rob was amazing! He came out within the hour and had our drain cleaned in minutes. He was very professional and friendly. It was so easy dealing with the scheduling and the timing of it all. I definently recommend Roto-Rooter for any of your drain cleaning needs.

The PCV pipe to my motor for my septic system was broken in two places. I call Roto Rooter and Gavin Richard came out and fixed both places the pipe was broken. The service was fast and Gavin was so polite and efficient, which was so appreciated, especially for someone who works. Call them if you want some good and efficient service. I was very pleased.

I am extremely happy with the level of service that I received. I called the dispatcher on a Sunday evening and they showed up within an hour and diagnosed the problem right away. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He told me exactly what to do and showed up the next morning to make sure he explained everything to the electrician. Their customer service is next level.

I wish I could give a 10 star rating for the service we received. This company went above and beyond to help us. I called them in a panic due to another company giving me some bad information and they came out (late afternoon) and worked until late in the evening. Then came back the next morning and completed the project for a very reasonable rate! The Manager/Owner even came out last night, investigated the issue and assured me they would do everything they could to fix our problem. Definitely recommend Roto Rooter! Thank you so much!
