Recently I knew that I needed the expertise of the folks from Roto-Rooter to likely flush our septic line. This issue had occurred several years ago ,and now we had extremely snow conditions and were in a deep freeze. Although delayed by about a week I was able to get by and they came when conditions had slightly improved. As before, they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and offer a rapid solution with their sophisticated tools. In a short time the line was open and in use again. We had a clogged bathtub and sink that another plumber couldn't unclog the day before. We were hesitant to call Roto-Rooter at first as they are a bit pricier. So glad we did! Jake was professional, friendly, and so efficient. He had the drain unclogged in no time. (the clog was some 30 feet down the pipe) He did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Although it probably cost a bit more than a local plumber would have charged, we were so relieved and pleased with the results!
