Excellent service from this company! Water heater went out, they were able to install the one I bought from the box store the same day! Seevice Techs who came out were polite and professionals.

The crew was very polite and professional. They did a fantastic job on my septic replacement we had no disruptions in service and there pricing was very reasonable. I have been very happy with the system in the following months since they have left.

Called for an EMERGENCY sewage backup issue. After the second call, got someone on the phone. Was quoted $550 for an hour service call. Ok. Middle of the night no other options. Send em. No eta was provided. An hour later I call back to see when they’re coming. No answer. Left a voicemail requesting a callback with the eta. 1/2 hour later. No call back. I called again and… yep no answer. I left another message. This time I instructed them to cancel the callout because if they can’t even reply or give an eta, how many hours do I wait with sewage flowing in the floor in two bedroom a hallway and the kitchen? Definitely call ANYONE else.

Austin & Matt did a great job. We needed them short notice - today! They were here shortly after our call. Immediately knew the source of the problem, and took care of it. All with the most gracious and pleasant attitudes. Roto-Rooter & these two guys are our go-to for any future problems. Thank you!!

Tyler and Jacob are amazing and super knowledgeable. Both were very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. They walked me through my options and helped me decide what was best. They also gave me tips on how to maintain my lift station so that it will last longer and have less issues. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if ever needed.
