There's plenty of other companies out there. They really more than doubled my bill 5 days before a servicing and then still charged me for a servicing I cancelled. I've had this service for two years with no increases to my bill. In the duration if this time I've had them numerous times charge me at first successfully for servicings they did not complete. They also will just tell you you're wrong when you try to communicate with them about a problem. Call anyone else. Call bucks. There's even ones out of the Douglas County area who service this area for cheaper + better quality. It's just terrible customer service. These guys are excellent! We have already rented a porta-potty for two separate events this summer and have been impressed every time. They are very quick to communicate with you and arrange drop-off/pick-up. The entire process was so easy, and they took care of everything. They have the most reasonable prices in Douglas County. I would highly recommend their services. We will certainly be using them for all our future events!

Never properly clean Porta potty. Over 2 years now and not one time has the stall been scrubbed or washed anywhere. Not the door, toilet seat, walls, or floors. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. 👎

Both the office staff and laborers have an absolutely impeccable standard of quality. Not only was my current issue resolved (swiftly) but while setting up the appointment they took the time to troubleshoot and brainstorm ideas to solve the overall issues at hand so as to facilitate a long term game plan since our problem seems to be a recurring one that crops up about once a year. since I do a fair amount of business with the local Roto-Rooter I can assure you that this is not a one off circumstance, I stand my review for each and every interaction I have had with them.
