Route 66 Moving And Storage

I had over $6,500 in damages due to negligence on behalf of Route 66. Items were not properly blanket wrapped. They stacked boxes with glass on the bottom which crushed under the weight of other boxes. If you have expensive things, I wouldn't recommend using this company. I tried to resolve this issue with customer service. The owner refused to speak with me. The company only insures 60 cents per pound so they offered to pay $522 for the damages. Then wanted me to sign a waiver with disagreeable terms before I could receive the money. This has been going on for months now and I have not received a penny back that they promised. I had to pay over $2,400 for their poor service and $6,000 out of pocket to repair and replace the items they damaged. They think because they have insurance they

William and Sergei were top notch movers! I had a great time moving with these guys, they came early and started wrapping everything very dilligently! They had a great attitude during the whole moving process, very strong and cheerful fellas! I had hired many moving companies in the past and these guys were the most professional and the strongest I've had! They specialize in long distance moves and they give a great price and awesome service! All the other top moving companies gave me a double quote compared to them! Their price is the best! Also I want to mention that nothing was broken during the move and we've had a lot of fragile pieces! Thank you guys William and Sergei!

The most awesome moving company in the world! Alex and William came and absolutely killed my 3 bedroom move in under 5 hours. Just for comparison, the other moving company did 9.5 hours and their rate was ridiculous. Not only do these guys offer a great deal for your money, they are also very professional and knowledgeable movers. They knew exactly what needs to be wrapped and how it should be wrapped. The loading was also very difficult because we live on a hill, and to get to the house you need to climb 5 staircases and then go up the driveway. Simply put, it's every movers worst nightmare! However they didn't even complain for a second and never even took a break! Wow! Thank you Will and Alex! Will definitely use again.

William and Ron were amazing movers! I ordered these guys to move my condo in Newport Beach to the Bay Area and let me say I did a lot of research about moving companies, and I found this company one of the most recognized and trustworthy companies in California, especially for long distance move. These guys came me in on time and were very polite! Wrapped everything very diligently and took their time to make sure everything gets safe and sound! They are really hard workers who do take their time and to do a good job but they work really fast and nearly never took breaks! Amazing company and great price! Thank you!

Highly recommend Route 66! I've used other moving companies before, but needed someone longer distance for my move across the state. My Account Manager, Johnny, was super responsive and helpful leading up to the move, and all of the movers were fantastic. They were in/out in about 2 hours on both sides, including disassembly/assembly time and wrapping of furniture and other items. Nothing was damaged and that alone is worth 5 stars!! They also unmounted my TVs for me, which was a huge relief and made moving day so much easier. Thank you guys so much!! I was ecstatic enough about their service to leave this on my own, they didn't ask me. That should tell you all you need to know!
