Route 7 Mason Supply

I used Route 7 Mason Supply for a Fire place mantel and additional masonry work to bring my fireplace to an exceptional state. They helped with design and handled the install and mason work. I have to say the work exceeded my expectations. I wanted to make the mantel thicker so it would fit nicely. They were able to get a custom piece. Thank you "mason supply" for your exceptional work. We love our new fireplace.

This place is my go-to for gravel, stone and other hardscape supplies. The office staff is friendly and helpful, sharing photos by text of materials I need delivered when I can’t get there in person. The delivery drivers have always been easy to deal with and highly skilled. Today’s delivery of decorative stone was distributed right off the back of the truck in uniform coverage down my driveway - minimal shoveling and finish raking required! That’s 3 yards, in case you’re wondering. Nice top dressing on existing gravel drive about 30 yards long.

Terrible, terrible customer service. Both the ladies who answer the phones have awful attitudes and lack communication skills. They made a mistake by selling a stone that I had paid for to another customer and never called me to let me know they canceled my order (even though I paid for it). They would not admit they had made a mistake until I pressed them. Also, their prices are $ 1,000 higher than those of other places. For a 102 x 47 blue stone piece, they wanted $2670 (with delivery and fabrication). Absurd!!! I mean, CMON!

They are WONDERFUL! We have ordered firewood from them for the past few years - and they are just great! The office staff is so easy to deal with - and the men who come to stack the wood do such a careful and professional job. We will never order firewood from anyone else!

These guys are very friendly and expert. Great to collaborate with. They listened to what I wanted, we worked out a design and they delivered and installed very timely. The mason is an artisan.
