He came in mid job after another contractor had made several errors and run up costs. He went above and beyond to not only execute the work flawlessly, but also took initiative to find ways to save costs— from taking the initiative to improve a septic design, setting up an on-site meeting with the state and getting it approved; to sequencing work very efficiently including coordinating with other subs on his own; to delivering a beautiful final drive and grade.
