We had an issue happen to our furnace and despite being busy, Mike took the time to come out to take a look. He saw that it would be an easy fix so we had set up a day for him to fix it. We also wanted to do some maintenance work on the furnace as it has been a while. It didn't take him long to do both and now the furnace is back up and running just fine. Although our first floor gets plenty of heat, the second floor does not benefit as much but I can already feel it working better up here. We will definitely be calling on the Rowell company in the future for any HVAC needs that we might have.

Mike is truly the best. Our heat broke on a 30-degree morning — just one day before a deep freeze below 10 degrees. We called him, and he was at our house within a couple hours. He had our heat up and running again in no time. We can’t thank him enough for saving us, stepping in so quickly, and being so reliable during the busy winter season. We appreciate you so much, Mike. He’s a great guy and comes highly recommended!

If you’re looking for an HVAC company that stands behind their work, Rowell & Family HVAC is NOT the one you want to call. Last fall, Mike (owner) installed a new American Standard gas furnace and an outdoor dual fuel heat pump condenser in our 2 story 2000+ sq ft house. He did a nice job so we thought and it heated the house nicely but this summer it wasn’t cooling the house properly. During the hottest of days when temps outside were 95+ degrees our house temp inside was a very uncomfortable 82-84 degrees. We made several attempts to reach Mike and got no response. We did finally make contact and he came out, however he didn’t resolve the problem. Thinking it might be the thermostat, he asked me to follow up with him and I did few days later. He made an appointment to come back out on 7

We have always been more than impressed with Mike. His professionalism and talents were apparent when he has helped us with smaller projects. We decided to upgrade our furnace system, and add Air Conditioning /Central Air. Mike was very thorough, very fair, and no surprises at the end. The pride in his work shows. We are more than happy with the way it performs and turned out. Basement was left cleaner than it was when they got there. Thanks Mike!! Highly recommend to friends and family
