Rowell's Sewer & Drain

I've never had a plumbing emergency until this past Winter. I was so lucky I chose Rowell's! They came, diagnosed and fixed my incredibly complex situation quickly and expertly, all their employees were exemplary, knowledgeable and extremely patient with my endless questions and the poor working conditions my situation presented. I wouldn't even consider calling anybody else for any service I will need in the future. Thank you.

Jake was amazing and was a real trooper when it came to emptying our septic tank.. it was an emergency service, he was there almost 3 hours before expected, which was great! We've only lived at the location for a few years, but I assume the tank hadn't been pumped since at least the early 90s! It also wasn't lived in for most of that time..as tough as it was to get that stuff off the bottom, which was probably older than me, he did it! Great job Jake! Thanks again for getting us in so quickly and doing such an awesome job!

Charlie, came up with a truck and the driveway was a bit tricky. He came up and completed the service. It was smooth and in timely manner.

Very professional! They went above and beyond to find the problem and explained everything. Great clean up afterward as well.
