Upon discovering an animal living in the attic of a tenant occupied property (later discovered to be a raccoon), I called Rowland since I had a good experience in the past with rodent removal and exclusion in a different property. Unfortunately it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made when it comes to dealing with my rental business. Maybe Rowland is getting to be too big of a company to where they are unable to be responsive and provide simple customer service. Initially the technician was nice when giving a quote but failed to tell me that some of their technicians do not have safety equipment in order to do the necessary job that was required to seal up the entry points near the roof. I've been very pleased with Rowland Pest Management. The communication is stellar. They call the day before to remind me of my appt. Then the tech texts me to let me know he's on his way. They are friendly, professional, helpful, & thorough. I haven't seen a creepy crawler since the first treatment. Highly recommend.
