You can never reach anybody. Your on hold forever then after 20 min your redirect to a voice mail... It's ridiculous. I spent an hour trying to set up a delivery and ended up going with someone else.
Great service. Friendly, hometown family run business. Just moved to the area and he got me filled up within a day or two in holiday week. Went out of the way to help us out with a fill.
Delivered way faster than I expected and were very polite and kind on the phone and in person. A great relief to know we won't have to think about where to get our heating oil in the future, just call these guys.
