After getting 4 quotes for a shower install I chose Roxy Glass. They were the least expensive bid and yet their work was first rate. Also, when other companies said my shower could not be frameless, they found a way to make it happen. They really know what they are doing. One panel they installed had a small defect and they had the integrity to make it right even though they were not legally bound to fix it. This company is honest and truthful. Do yourself a favor: choose Roxy over the other glass companies

Hassle free is what I can say the least. The whole process was so easy with them, scheduling, on-time arrival, proactive communication, meeting deadlines. We changed multiple glasses in our house and I would like to say they were completely professional in their approach and work. The installers were also as nice as the admin people. Great company to work and highly recommend them.

Horrible experience with the owner today!!! Basically no customer service at all. Unable to communicate kindly and professional. I highly recommend you take you business elsewhere if you want to be treated fairly.
