THE LADY AT THE FRONT COUNTER IS SO SO SO INCREDIBLY RUDE!!!!!! If you all fired her and left every other employee, you’d have a great environment filled with helpful and knowledgeable employees and staff. She’s so unnecessarily rude and nasty with people for no good reason. And this isn’t a random thing. I’ve seen her on multiple occasions and the way she speaks to people is disgusting. She wakes up rude and goes to bed rude. I feel bad for anybody who has to deal with her.

besides the fact that fittings are incredibly expensive here the lady at the front counter (Melinda) has to be the laziest and most rude person ive ever encountered in a customer position. I came in and asked for a certain fitting and she immediately said they did not have it. then another gentleman came and went back to grab the fitting. they ikndeed did have it. there was another gentleman there that had the exact same issue, she said they didnt have it (becasue she ddint want to go look) but then the other employee went and grabbed his item. Hate to single someone out, but people go there and pay top dollar to get an item, why make them go elsewhere if you have it?

In this place customer service should be a model for all to follow, its my first time there and no where have i ever been treated as i was treated. This experience will last a lifetime. If in the are and in need of plumbing supplies its my one and only stop from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful and unique expiriance.

Terribly rude and unfriendly person at the front desk. You say hello and they don't look at you looked at the part i had my hand and said we dont have that. So I left and went to AAA Plumbing on Johnsons Street and they were super helpful and polite. Prices are very fair as well. I would think twice about going to Roy Davis. No need to be rude to people because if it wasn't for customers, they wouldn't have a business.

For over 25yrs I've been coming to this supply store, I dont shop anywhere else unless, im 50 miles away .Great customer service .owner ,really has always taken pride with he's business .
