Roy Kelly Parking Garage

Parked here for Jury duty. Was early enough got easy parking on second floor. When we all let out at same time the line to get out was slow! Both exits open but folks so slow getting their tickets out to check out!!!! Be prepared folks! Nice, new, clean facility. Would be courteous if County could send someone to take tickets after Jury call is released! We had 62 people all coming out at same time!

We utilized this garage while in Bryan for game. This garage is an example of needing people and not relying on automation. Not everyone was able to get the automated payment machine to work and now we can get out of the garage because people aren’t able to get the cross bar to lift. It was a safe place to park but you go through heck getting out.

Large concrete structure near downtown Bryan that effectively keeps sun, rain,... perhaps meteors, from hitting your car whilst you're parked inside. Parking here is free during the whole Texas Reds weekend.

Yeah, don't plan to use this for any large downtown events. You'll spend an hour waiting in line at the archaic kiosk and then another hour in line to get out because the 1 working exit isn't working. 🤦
