I have used this company many times for maintenance and repair. They are awesome! Very polite and knowledgeable. They take their time make sure you are taken care of different than oth Hvac companies i have used here in memphis. But if you looking for a good HVAC company I highly recommend this one.

I had used this company in the past with no complaints. Apparently it has changed ownership. I called when my AC stopped blowing. They were not prompt in sending someone. The repairman showed up a little late, but showed up. He identified the problem and said it was the fan motor. Then everything went to crap. I was quoted an exorbitant amount for the fan motor over $1000. I asked if I should just get a new furnace. They sent the repairman back, he took more pictures. He said they would call me with a quote. Over a week later, I get a phone call from an incredibly rude woman. She said I owed them from a repair over 6 months ago. I had already paid for this.
