Terrible customer service, they came out 5 or 6 times so far this year and my heat still isn't working properly... also the tech that was here made the comment to my wife "your hubby can call and complain all he wants but they can't do anything." What kind of people would say that to someone with an infant baby. I also lost my wallet and needed heating oil and they would not accept a check when it even says on their website they take a personal check. They also refuse to give me the president of the company dale Zimmerman's phone number. They don't want my business. What kind of company treats people this way?
Very poor service , and add extra hidden fees without letting you know
