DO NOT HIRE THEM TO TOUCH YOUR UNIT!! Royal replaced my hvac unit 10/2025 After they replaced it I have had to call them 4 or 5 times to fix the thermostat that wasn't responding system, it was still dripping from the ceiling. I had to call them last week because the unit was not putting out heat but instead was blowing cold air. The technician came and disconnected the air and said you need a zone board that it was hooked up wrong and needs replacing. My hvac was blowing hot and cold air prior to Royal Air replacing the Unit. I called Royal 12/15 to schedule for them tonfix the error that they caused. I was told that they ONLY go by what the tech stated happened. Ask to speak with a manager and was told she works with the management and you would get the same reply from them. Then they sa

Royal Air Airconditioning are a highly disappointing team they are only interested in getting your sales. Once the sale is concluded they turn their back on you. I had read the reviews which by and large seemed positive so I decided to give them a try. Luke was my sales guy and was very polite to get me to sign up to their split unit AC system, The technicians arrived and set up the system however they did not complete certain aspects of the installation. I called the company on numerous occasions to have them come back to complete the job which resulted in them setting up appointments that were not honored wasting my time no one showed up. After waiting for the techs I had to call them only to be told that they were not going to show up and they set up follow-ups which also were not honor

This company it’s the worst company ever. I got my AC with them and once they installed it they were the worse in customer service, they get your money and once they get it they forget about you, never tell you the truth about your contract or recurring service so you could keep your warranty, I regret this doing business with Royal they suck…

Shakira and Team did a fantastic job Installing my two AC air handlers that were on the second story attic as well as two condenser units. They did a great job at Installation and troubleshooting. Thank you!!! Also Thanks to Desireah for helping us get started with the project and scheduling at the last minute on a Friday evening. What a great team! Thank you
