This included their being immaculate and thorough with care achieving finished product and results as if the work was being done for themselves, above and beyond their own satisfaction. Russell DeLozier and his Staff at Royal Aire are top notch professionals! I've known Russell for a number of years and I can honestly say he is fair and takes the time to explain things so you know what you're getting. I had a new Trane/Mitsubishi hybrid furnace and 2 Mitsubishi mini splits installed. Russell's staff did a great job, were very polite, and they cleaned up and disposed of the old system. And their after-sale service is excellent. You can always depend on them to come out and fix any issues without having to be put on a schedule. My wife and I are very happy with Royal Aire and appreciate everything they have done. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best of the best. Highest service, process and installation standards I have seen. No doubt you'll find cheaper prices elsewhere, but may pay for it in the long run. I will keep coming back to Royal Aire every time. Thanks especially to my favorite technician Darrick, along with Gavin who is excellent as well, and Dylan who appears to be in training and did a great job today.

JOB WELL DONE by the Royal Aire Team! After diagnosing my natural gas boiler as “beyond repair”, the team worked with me to select and install a similar unit WITHOUT redesigning my whole house around it!!! Easy to get ahold of, great to work with, fantastic customer service! A+++

Thank you five stars. Quality product. Professional installation, the crew worked together, everyone demonstrated skills to quickly complete the work required. Excellent problem solvers, kept me informed and respectful with my property, using drop cloths to protect floors, including vacuuming any dust. They worked as a team. I wish I would have installed these heating and cooling units earlier. I expect having installed these units it will increase my home value, including resale, and will making the house warmer and cooler. I recommend Royal Aire
