Great company to do business with with. Everything was fast and efficient. Sales men (Joe) was extremely helpful when it came to making my selection. Transaction went extremely well. Definitely would highly recommend. Quality of product is A+++ Huge selection at your fingertips….

Prices constantly change during the process. You’re told one price at first, then later given a higher one. Joe one of the sales guys is polite, but they have no authority when it comes to pricing and must always check with the “multiple owners”, and the owners don’t agree with each other. Unfortunately, it feels very unwelcoming. They’re unwilling to negotiate in sales. It’s frustrating to be quoted one price by the guy (Joe), only for them to call the owner and raise it afterward. First $2100 for 3 fridges, then $2200, then I wanted to think about it until tomorrow and when ready to go forward with it They said $2300. The sales staff may be polite, but they have absolutely no authority. Any discussion involving money requires approval from the owners, which makes the entire process slow

Came across them on facebook Marketplace advertising refrigerators and went to take a look. After the experience, it’s fair to say they should probably stick to selling flooring.

Great customer service and great deals. I highly recommend and will come back .
