I chose this company because of the strong reviews. Communication was primarily via text and initially very prompt. However, they changed my appointment time the day before service and then arrived over an hour late and charged me more than they estimated. I had pet urine stains on both the third and second floors. On the third floor, there was ONE SPOT I had already attempted to treat myself, and Otto did mention it might not come out completely. On the second floor, there were two newer stains that had never been pre-treated. ALL STAINS BECAME LARGER after they were cleaned AND THE MACHINES FRAGGED THE PEE STAINS TO AREAS THAT NEVER EVEN HAD STAINS PRIOR TO CLEANING. I recently use Royal carpet service at my home, I moved to a house with carpet and within a month I had to look up for a carpet cleaner service! Prices are so high everywhere but I was lucky to find them.. affordable prices and quality doesn't go together mostly of the time but with this company I can assure you can get that! My wife loves their service and will continue using them.

Otto and his assistant did an exceptional job on our sofas and upholstered chairs — which had never been cleaned in 30 years! Now they look as new as when they were first custom made and smell as fresh too! They were also respectful of our home and very pleasant to work with.
