I first hired them a couple of years ago to do deep cleanings and then took a hiatus with cleaning services in general. When I was ready to start services again I tried a few other referrals but wasn’t pleased with the quality or attention to detail. They also seemed to rush the maintenance of regular areas. So I decided to come back to Royal Cleaning and have been very pleased with their quality of work. They take their time even for routine cleaning and the staff has been very pleasant.

Crew came out and used an unapproved cleaner on our floors, leaving them hazy and greasy. The crew knew about the condition of the floors, apologized, and left anyway. Called the office and had someone come back out to redo the floors. They brought the same cleaner and left the floors in the same condition. The last few times we’ve used this company, they either bring horrible supplies that don’t do the job, or ask to use ours. The quality of their work has really gone down.

If you want someone to hang out in your house and move some things around and leave- this is your place! I can’t find a single thing that was “cleaned”. She came Friday at 9am and Monday at 1pm they want to offer the “24 hour guarantee” to make it right. I’ve been trying to reach them since Friday. Now my family is all in town and I’ve been trying to get things done since she left. And they still tried to make me pay over half the cost. Nope. 👎 Never again. Deep clean is what I requested and I can’t even find anything she wiped down.

Their staff came in at 3pm for 1pm appointment. She was alone and already over worked. She mentioned cleaning 3 story house alone before our appointment. Not to say she was already very tired. She started with good work upstairs but did a very bad job downstairs. Toilets, bathroom were not cleaned properly or not at all cleaned, I am not sure. Her vacuum cleaner also broke down in middle. When I messaged owner about this, she didn’t even bother to reply. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone. They are short on staff and making employees work more than they should. So, you will get a lousy job done.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I scheduled a cleaning - deep clean. They did NOT do the service as requested, but they still charged me. First of all, person assigned to cleaning my house showed up over 2 hours late. Almost 3 hours late - in the afternoon. I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct.
