CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER. I'm a long time customer of Royal Flush (10+years), but based on recent service (as seen by others) would never do business with them again. I called a tech to come to my house to service a hot water heater they installed 2 years prior that was still under warranty. It was getting no hot water. Mind you, I had already called the year prior to let them know the water was running cold. They told me that was "normal". The tech that came out was rude, aggressive, told me the product his own company installed was garbage (A.O. Smith -- so if you use them, don't let them put that in), and offered little help to find parts to repair it.
