We moved to Vermont in 2021 to be close to family. We have used two septic companies to pump out system, but our septic alarm went off in the middle of the night. I called Royal flush after calling another company with no response, and very early Charlie the owner came out and emptied the tanks and was able to see that one of the pipes in tank was not connected. It was clear to Charlie that we needed a plumber since this is not what his company does. He called another company/plumber and literally they happened to be driving past our house on another call. The plumber and another employee of the plumber talked with Charlie onsite and inspected the pipes, cut the main pipe to have a part to take with them to make sure they had what they needed for the situation.
