We had some plumbing issues on A Sunday and it was very hard finding someone to come out. My husband and I with no other options had Roto Rooter come out. I won’t go into full details but that was the worst decision ever. We ended up in a worse situation then we started. Not only were we still having the same problem, we now had more problems plus a horrible mess that took hours to clean up. I ended up calling Royal Flush for a septic cleaning thinking maybe that might fix our problem. Let me tell you, they went above and beyond to get us back up and running. This was my first septic cleaning as a first time home owner. I wasn't really sure how the septic system functioned. The technician helped me with locating the tank and then he cleaned it out. Afterwards, he provided valuable information on how to keep it at optimal performance. Will use again. Next time the price will be lower as I know where to dig 8 inches down. Very satisfied.

I recently purchased a house and realized the septic needed to be pumped. I called Royal Flush and they were able to fit me in their schedule. This was my first property with a septic system and he really took the time to explain to me how everything worked. He also gave some good tips on getting a cover for lid to locate it easier as well as where to even buy it. A few weeks later there was an issue with the old main cast iron sewer line which I needed replaced quickly. They were able to fit me in again quickly. They did a fantastic job, started early and finished in one day. I truly feel they are honest good people who believe in giving you the right information so you can make an informed decision. I will definitely use them again.

We needed our septic pumped and have never had to do this before so I was clueless when calling. Patty, the woman who answered the phones was lovely- answered all my questions with such an upbeat attitude. The technician who came to my home was wonderful as well.
