Oustanding service. Our heat went out on a Friday night. Called several furnace repair places the next morning, heard back from Royal first. He set us up with an appointment for Monday and equipped us with space heaters to keep our house warm in the interim. No extravagant upcharges for weekend work. Extremely fair, good work done, clear explanations. Looking forward to using Royal on a consistent basis for our furance and A/C needs moving forward.

We were in need of a new air conditioner in our home. This young man was very pleasant and prompt. Explained to us so we could understand what was involved. Very considerate and neat. We definitely recommend him.
