Yes, I would and I have recommended Brad Prince and his company, Royal Lyon Construction, LLC. The scope of my project is a complete renovation of the house. Basically 4 walls left and everything inside is new. He organized the designs, permits, subcontractors and keeps me up to date on what is happening and what is coming next. The project started in May 2025. I worked with him about two years ago with another small renovation. He was fantastic. He was a referral from a coworker. The house was built in 1967. There have been some surprises but they were talked about when making the budget. The project is moving fairly fast. Permits and inspections have been coming on time.
