We had a long list of items we needed to have completed at our house. Replacing rotted wood in our screened in porch, sanding and re-staining the trim on our house, refinishing our decks, some interior painting and patching and refinishing a wall with water damage. Fernando’s team worked through some really hot days and delays due to the rain. The quality of the work was exceptional and we are very pleased with the end results. We definitely will be using them again if the need arises.

Fernando and his team are lovely to work with. Professional, fair, knowledgeable and caring. They have came last minute in emergencies, they did a beautiful job on our flooring, they know just about anything -plumbing, painting, design, floors. They are our go to people and I would sincerely recommend them to anyone doing any type of work to their house. He has an amazing team!

Royal Painting has done numerous projects for our rental properties , such as remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, painting floor replacement and just about anything you can imagine.
