I especially want to highlight the outstanding service provided by Nick, the inspector. He was not only meticulous in his work but also took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and reassuring way. His knowledge and patience truly put my mind at ease. I meant to ask if I could tip him, but in the midst of going over the final paperwork, I completely forgot. I've been using Royal Palm Pest Control for over two years now. I love their efficiency, reliability and dependability. They are always reliable to call me right before I am due for my quarterly treatments. Every representative that has come to perform my treatments has been friendly, knowledgeable, considerate. My recent treatment today was by David. He was so nice and extra helpful and took extra care of my property and treatment. He went above and beyond today, considering we all just went through Hurricane Milton and are all dealing with it on some personal level. I appreciate how Royal Palm treats me like family/friend.

Royal Palm Pest Control has been servicing our house since we moved in over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier. We went with their quarterly service, and they are always on top of calling to remind you of and schedule that service. They also are great about sending out technicians in a timely manner if an issue appears in between quarterly services. Today, David was our service technician for our quarterly. He called to alert us that he was about five minutes out (extremely helpful so we could corral our dog) and thoroughly performed all services. Other technicians we've had in the past were good, but David went above and beyond, cleaning the bugs out of our windows outside and even checking with a supervisor about a concern I had regarding potential nest marks on our outside walls. We just had the best service done with Royal Palm pest control. After seeing a small German Roach in our home one morning. I Immediately called Royal Palm and they scheduled us to have a inspection done in a few days. My scheduled appointment was from 10- 1 and they were right here at 10am. Avery was our technician and was so very kind and knowledgeable. He checked out every area of our home thoroughly and set my mind as ease knowing I didn't have an infestation. He did a completely amazing job was so very professional and kind at the same time. The dogs all absolutely loved him as well! Thats always a win here at the Chateau! Thank you so very much Avery!!
