DAMAGED MY CAR! The attendants took the speed bumps so fast, the nearly empty drinks in my cup holders flew out and saturated my white seats. Attendant Roger Garcia said, "it's not my problem" and furrowed his brows at my requests for corporate contact information. Roger pointed towards the booth and said find it there and would not physically and personally bring us to the booth and point out where the contact information was listed. The company has not returned my emails or phone calls. Very unprofessional and BAD FOR YOUR CAR.

Why such a low score?! Everyone who works here is super nice and attentive. Especially Ebubekir. And their prices are totally fair for SF. They had the lowest prices for monthly parking, and are still low in comparison to other garages around. Highly recommend.

I bought a spot here through SpotHero and when I showed up they were too full and I could not park there! What is the point of selling spots through SpotHero and not reserving them for the buyer? Fortunately the attendant was very nice and sent me to an affiliated lot nearby that had open spots and took my reservation. However I was very lucky I was not late to the concert and I had to walk uphill 6 blocks to get there. Be warned they overbook their spots and will not honor reservations!

Please be aware!!!!! 1. The names of the hotels in front of the parking lot means nothing. They are trying to pretend they made a contract with adjacent hotels, but they are not. For example, Vintage Court manager says they don't have any contract, and they are almost like a scam. 2. They have dynamic pricing, varying from $40-$70 depends on their decision. For example, I visited the area because of SF Marathon, of course one of the hottest event in summer. They said their price is $70, and park if you want. 3. Here's the funny part. I asked them "If it is the parking place for Vintage Court, why the price is $70? I was announced $50, so I want to check". They say "Yes, but it's your choice, because it's Saturday". I naively parked there and figured out 1 and 2. I was so upset and claim

Great price and quick service. Was hesitant because of the reviews but the guys working were really nice and on point. The tip was appreciated.
