They swiftly took care of our problem and were thorough in explaining their procedure. If we had any other pest problem, Royal Pest would be our first call and we recommend them to everyone we know.

disclaimer: i didn't hire this company, my landlord did. giving 2 stars because the first time they came to my apartment they did a very good job. however, the just visited again and the results were awful. mainly - as the exterminator walked through the apartment, his chemicals were leaking all over my floor. already uncomfortable with the spraying because of my dog, and to have puddles of it in my kitchen and bedroom? not okay. did my best to clean it up but still concerned about my dog touching or ingesting these toxic chemicals. do not recommend

I scheduled an appointment to get them to check out my situation, supposedly it was booked. I waited around and never heard from them again. Update (April 21st, 2017) A guy named Rick from Royal Pest saw the review and called me yesterday asking if I was the one who reviewed them. He tried to make things right, therefore I bump them up to 2 stars.

Royal Pest responded immediately when we found termites- The technician was fantastic and the follow up has been great. Highly recommend Royal Pest!
