Fast, friendly, fair price, and high-quality work. I couldn't be happier. The frost-free hose bibb sprung a leak, so I called Royal Plumbing based on the positive online reviews. A very polite and professional gentleman responded promptly to my call and, as my call was late in the day, scheduled a visit for the following morning. Ben arrived on time, cut out the old valve, and installed a normal hose bibb. The whole job took under an hour. I was grateful that he didn't try to upsell me, as I have experienced with other plumbing companies. The work was high quality, the price was very reasonable, and no extra service fee was listed on the invoice. Ben even vacuumed around the area, so there was nothing for me to clean up. So grateful for Jason who came and relit our water heater after our house flooded and I couldn’t get it to work. It is much nicer to clean up with warm water! Despite their business being flooded also, they were here as promised, knowledgeable and efficient, kind and professional. He took the time to answer other questions I had about the plumbing issues I was having after the flood damage, and didn’t even charge me. I was so happy for the help after all the trouble of dealing with our home being pretty damaged, and very grateful for Royal Plumbing!
