Where to start... I recently bought a home and quickly discovered the sewer line was completely plugged. I first called another company that snaked the line and told me that would solve the issue. It didn’t—$600 later, nothing had changed. I then called Royal, and they came out the same day. When they tried to snake the line, they ran into clay and explained that the line would need to be dug up. I agreed to move forward. Dave met with the town to determine where my line connected to the town sewer. Based on the information provided, he told me the repair would cost $7,000—which was actually good news, since I had been expecting something closer to $20,000. I told him to go ahead. Our water heater started pouring water from the top around 330am. I called 6 different 24/7 plumbing services and left voicemails on the emergency lines. When royal answered, I explained that I've reached out to many companies and am waiting to hear back. They said someone was available to come in about an hour. Within that time frame, another company we've worked with and have a trusted working relationship called me back. I called royal to inform them that we would be cancelling this service. The other company we've worked with said this is not an emergency situation. The only response was "Are you serious?" I replied "yes" and was immediately hung up on. Very disappointing because our first call was pleasant.

David and Ty are excellent! They provided a very professional and fair service. We had problems with air in our well water system as well as needing maintenance on our furnace and water heater. Great experience so far. Congenial, punctual, clean and quality results. Happy and optimistic that this company will be a keeper for my home’s plumbing needs. Subsequently have decided not to continue with this plumbing company. Charged again after error in sink sprayer install they returned and I had to pay again. Still after two visits sink seal was not correctly done and still water leaked under sink but paid a different company to come and do it right so it was a waste hiring them and will never call them again.
