Hands down, Royal Renovations did an amazing job. From start to finish, the whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. Our refrigerator line malfunctioned after being gone for the evening. The water had poured down three floors! Royal Renovations came promptly and started the drying process. We had water damage in our lower level from a faucet break, and we are so glad we called Royal Renovations out of Clear Lake. They did an exceptional job from start to finish. Every person we worked with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always called before arriving, asked the right questions, and went above and beyond with their cleanup. After having water damage to our ceiling, John the adjuster for State Farm, suggested we have Royal Renovations fix our ceiling. The positive experience started with Jerrid, the big boss's visit to look over the project. Next we met Johnny, who oversaw each of the details of the project and kept us informed, as did Sandra. Johnny was warm, gracious, and kind knowing this was a big deal for us. It was more than a bit of sanding and patching. Because the ceilings of four rooms/areas were connected, they all had to receive the same treatment - skimming, sanding, something I don't remember what it is called, and painting.
