We just had our hardwood floors refinished by Royal Richey Restoration and we are thrilled. The floors turned out great! Keith was an awesome communicator throughout the whole process from providing an estimate to the final walk through. The crew was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. We felt like they did not just rush to get it done but took the time to do it right. We are looking forward to enjoying our “new” floors with everyone who visits our home! Keith and his team did a great job refinishing our wooden stairs. They matched the color to the handrails and it looks perfect. We are very happy with the results.

He was extremely helpful in suggesting a few vendors for the flooring, and even took us to one of his job sites to give us an idea of what kind of work his team does. Keith, I just want THANK you for the gold star job you and your team did for us . Sanding and Resurfacing the living room and dining room they look excellent . Better than we could of dreamed .
