Best roofing company I've ever used. Large company that has been in business for many many years. Has their own employees who take the time necessary to do the job correctly the first time. Great communication before and during the project. Created some custom platforms for our HVAC system and work extremely well with our HVAC service rep. Have heard so many horror stories of subcontractors or rush jobs from other landlords, so did my research and found Royal Roofing. This is the second time using them and delighted with the outcome. After a call on the Sunday after Christmas, Steve was at our property by 10 am on Monday morning and had a crew there that afternoon to make emergency repairs between rain storms. They followed up with a thorough, comprehensive more permanent repair subsequently. Responsive, thorough, transparent regarding problem diagnosis, repair plan, and execution.
