Buyer beware!!! Shady company. I recently had my roof replaced by Royal Roofing. Before the project, I prepaid $10,000 so I could get the ball rolling on getting my leaky roof replaced. They told me at that time they would be in contact with me soon about timeline and expectations. That they would be delivering the supplies for the project the day before and leave it in front of my house but they would tell me the exact day once they knew depending on weather. It being winter I understood that it may take a few days to get logistics worked out. I didn’t hear anything back for a few weeks and had planned on calling my next day off to figure out what was causing the delay. A friend of mine referred me to Joe Marquez and I am extremely thankful they did. Joe came to give me an assessment of my roof and he was extremely polite and very professional. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and gave me a ton of education on how insurance works and the entire roofing process. He provided me with a very thorough photo report and gave me the great news that I had no damage to my new roof. While we are ultimately happy with how the roof looks, the overall experience with Royal Roofing was extremely disappointing. The process took nearly nine months from start to finish. Although some of the delays were due to dealing with State Farm (which is not entirely Royal Roofing’s fault), the lack of follow-through and organization on their end made the situation much worse. We were handed off to multiple different people throughout the project, and it repeatedly felt like our job was forgotten or pushed aside. Communication was inconsistent, and we often had to reach out just to get updates or keep things moving. A major recommendation for anyone considering Royal Roofing: take photos of everything.
