My experience with Royal Septic was terrible. They sell equipment at inflated prices and the quality is very poor. Once they take your money, they disappear. They stop answering the phone, don’t return calls, and completely ignore you when there is a problem. When you try to ask about the warranty, they simply do not respond. Their customer service is nonexistent and the way they treat customers is extremely unprofessional. I strongly recommend that no one contact or do business with Royal Septic. Save your money and your time and find a company that actually stands behind their work.

SEPTIC OWNERS BEWARE…!!!! I hired them after the storm because my septic backed up. My 1st red flag was they could find my tank or lift station. Well, they found my lift station and pumped that, but never pumped my actually septic tank. I had another septic company scheduled and they came by and pointed this out to me. I called them back with what I thought was an honest mistake and they told me to get screwed. They said only way to pay is by Zelle and they didn’t have any receipts to give me. To add insult to injury I even tipped them out, I even offered to pay an additional for them to come back and they just stopped answering me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY…. Cheap prices bring cheap business practices..
