I can't say enough good things about Royal Stone! From start to finish, my experience was absolutely exceptional. The selection of cabinets and tiles is incredible—modern, classic, and everything in between. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect materials for my bathroom and kitchen renovation. They took the time to answer all my questions and even offered design suggestions that I hadn’t considered.

Please don’t be a victim like me and think a thousand times before buying from their services. The worst cabinet ever in USA. I have attached pictures because the job was very disappointing. It has been more than 6 months and nothing has been solved. I though Ying would handle these problems professionally but every single time, she just gave me excuses. She says that they are a 20 year business but how could a business with so much experience produce work that even an amateur wouldn’t make? There are 6 top cabinets but 4 of them are a beige color while the 2 end cabinets are white. All the bottom cabinets are white. Not only the color problem but the work is not professional. These guys are the right price for an amazing kitchen. There are some issues with the language barrier, as most of the folks working there do not speak the best English. Outside of that, the process was very smooth. I'm uploading a picture of my kitchen. The countertops, backsplash, and cabinets were around $7500, including a consultation to design the layout. As you can see it turned out GREAT. Thanks to Eva and everybody there for doing such a great job.

I worked with Jessie at Royal Stone and Tile to install quartz countertops in my kitchen. I was impressed with the quality of the stone, and Jessie's professionalism and fast responses. Their prices are very competitive. I highly recommend their products!

Customer service was great. Staff was very patient when it came to picking, choosing, and informing. We got bathroom, kitchen, and flooring from this store at a great price for the quality. I would reccomend this store whether you’re a contractor or a DIYer.
