Royal Store

We came here twice to check out the selection which is large but basically the same as every other store we visited. Julia is really cool and totally understood what we were going for but she's not able to provide estimates; she has to contact the owner so estimates can be delayed. The owner also does general contracting so it's convenient and maybe cost effective to go with him on renovations and materials. We didn't go with him on either because it seemed difficult to communicate and I'm still technically waiting on a price quote for 3 weeks now. I've heard his work is good though.

Amir came to my apartment and was friendly and professional to the measurements of my kitchen. He gave his opinions and what i might like . And he send to his office. Dina was nice and send me a virtual diagram on what my kitchen might look like. Me and my wife loved it. Went to the show room to pick out the backslpash, countertop, and sink. Dina was patient and professional. Can't wait to get all this done.

Royal Kithcen and Bath/Montenegro Home Improvement Inc recently completed a total renovation of my apartment. The owner Almir is a seasoned and knowledge professional that is detailed oriented. He makes himself available to answer questions and concerns. He also has great design suggestions and is able to give you the benefits and negatives. He is direct and very efficient in his approach. His team of professionals, starting from Alme to Eddie are respectfully and skilled. Dina the designer is simply wonderful to work with throughout the process. My initial judgement in selecting this company was correct. They assured me every step of the way. I highly recommend Royal Kithcen and Bath/Montenegro Home Improvement Inc. for your home improvement needs.

A guy name Amir did a terrible job on my co-op i do not recommend these guys. Ill be uploading pictures of my back splash that they did as a proof. They didn't even bother coming back to fix it.

Waste of time trying to work with them and slepping all the way to the store ! They provided me conflicting quotes I couldn't work with - double !
