Two Reps came out from Royal Storm Restoration Inc. on May 19th 2025 to inspect our roof and to sell us the vision of a new roof. Rep A promised us A LOT that he should not have. The sales practices were unethical. I am pretty sure Rep A was let go. This company felt that they were unable to honor everything that that Rep promised us in a voicemail, but I believe that they made their best attempt to fulfill our greatest concerns. I am sure this experience was a learning lesson for everyone involv

I had a great experience working with Royal Storm Restoration They did a phenomenal job on my roof and siding. My Gutters were deny at first but thanks for their efficient work ethic. They were able to get them approved in the back end. My Insurance was giving them a hard time, but they never gave up they delivered and they got me approved. I am very thankful for everything they’ve done for me and my wife. I would definitely recommend them!!
